What we do with what you send.
Plainly: we keep what you send us so that we can reply and, if we work together, do the work. Version 2026-10.
Who we are
The 26th is a design studio. This notice covers this website, the contact form and the discovery flow. You can reach us at hello@thetwentysixth.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form or finish the discovery flow: your name, work email, company, the name of the person who approves the work, what you wrote or chose, the planning estimate we showed you, and when and from which page you sent it. We use your IP address only to limit abuse. It is not saved with your enquiry.
Why
To reply to you, to prepare a fixed scope and a fixed price, and, if we work together, to run the project. We rely on your agreement, which you give by ticking the box, and on the fact that you asked us a question.
Who handles it
The studio team reads it. It is stored in a client system that we run ourselves, and the providers that host our servers and deliver our email handle it for us, only to provide those services. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
If no work follows, we keep an enquiry for 24 months after our last contact and then delete it. If we work together we keep the records of the project for as long as the work and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw your agreement at any time. Write to hello@thetwentysixth.com and we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the data protection authority where you live; in Nigeria that is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes
When this notice changes its version changes, and each message you send records the version you agreed to.
